The Importance of a Good Night's Sleep

Sleep is the time that your body repairs itself. It strengthens your immune system, recharges your body, and helps fend off heart disease, diabetes, etc. Much like taking your car to the garage nightly for a tune up, to prevent future problems. However, not getting enough sleep leaves you vulnerable, not able to bring your best game on a daily basis.
Getting enough hours of restorative sleep is often not possible, because we set ourselves up for defeat. Going to bed too late, checking our email at night, and most importantly, not sleeping in a position that improves the quality of your sleep, and actually leads to pain: in the knees, hips, back & neck.
Sleeping on the side, is the most popular sleep position, making up at least 65% of the population. However, not using a neck pillow the proper height and not using a knee pillow between your knees, will prevent restorative sleep. A knee pillow will align your hips & cushion your knees, preventing back, hip, and knee pain, and allowing you to slip into a deep comfortable sleep. A great mattress will no doubt make for better sleep, but for side sleepers only a knee pillow can properly correct your alignment.
Side sleepers, improve your sleep. Add that knee pillow! It will make a world of difference!
