Suffering from #Back and Hip #Pain?

You see a therapist (chiro, physio, osteo, etc) to alleviate your aches and pains. After your visit, you feel a big improvement, but as the day progresses, your pain begins to return. What you do after your treatment, will determine how effective they are. Why is that? Your posture (standing, sitting, sleeping) during the day & night will re-introduce pain.
Ask your therapist for help in improving your posture. For example, we spend 1/3 of our lives in bed, so correct sleep posture is imperative. Add a pillow between your knees, if you sleep on your side. This will align your hips properly, and keep your spine in a neutral position, preventing back, hip, and knee pain. A knee pillow that attaches to the leg will be most effective, since it will stay in place all night, even if you don't.
Relieve your aches and pains long term.
