You work hard to alleviate your clients'/patients' aches and pains. No matter how proficient you are at what you do, what your client does outside of your office will determine how effective your treatments can be. If back and/or hip pain is what they suffer from, their posture (standing, sitting, sleeping) during the day and night will re-introduce pain undoing many of the benefits that your treatments have offered.
Why not help them by instructing them on how to improve their posture? We spend 1/3 of our lives in bed, so correct sleep posture is imperative. Introduce them to a pillow between their knees, if they sleep on their side. This will align their hips properly, and keep their spine in a neutral position, preventing back, hip, and knee pain. A knee pillow that attaches to the leg will be most effective, since it will stay in place all night, even if they don't. Sleepy Kneez is small comfy, and will stay in place all night.
