The Problem is: We Move

While we sleep, we move and change positions during the night. That's a good thing. Could you imagine how you would feel when you woke up, if you had stayed in the same position for 7-9 hours?
All the articles on how to correct your alignment while you sleep, stress the importance of putting a pillow under your knees, if you sleep on your back, or between your knees, if you sleep on your side. But, since we move while we sleep, how do you keep the pillow in place, to prevent back, hip and knee pain, and improve your sleep?
That's the problem I was dealing with. A regular pillow between your knees, makes it hard to change positions during the night, and leaves you searching for your lost pillow.
That's why I developed Sleepy Kneez. It's small enough to be comfortable, yet large enough to align your hips, if you sleep on your side. Best of all it attaches to your leg, comfortably, to stay in place all night.
Sleepy Kneez is the ONLY knee pillow recognized by The Canadian Physiotherapy Association. You will be bowled over by how it improves your sleep and your pain
