If something is more complex and/or more expensive it must be better, right? Not necessarily! Sometimes we have to get back to basics, and look for the more simple explanation. There is no question that incorrect posture leads to back pain. If you google back pain and posture, many articles will come up explaining the "why?" and "how?". Sitting all day incorrectly has been pointed out as an important cause of back pain, but what about sleeping incorrectly? We spend 1/3 of our day sleeping, shouldn't we improve our sleep posture? Actually, it is quite a simple fix. Over 65% of people sleep on their side. A knee pillow is a must toiling your hips, and cushion your knees. More important is choosing a knee pillow that stays in place all night. If you lose it during the night, it is no longer doing its job!
