I Must Have Slept Wrong

Most of us have experienced some pain when we get out of bed. How often have you said, "My neck hurts. I must have slept wrong." Most side sleepers don't realize that their back pain may be caused from sleeping wrong. Correct sleep posture is exceptionally important when it comes to pain. It is important for side sleepers to align their hips, and keep their spine in a neutral position, to prevent back pain. A knee pillow will accomplish this. One that attaches to your leg, will stay in place all night.
A good mattress is very important as well, but it will not correct your sleep posture.
